beenz.lol is a website that helps you build transactions for the beenz smart contracts on arc. by using it you agree to these terms. if you don't agree, don't use the site.

what beenz is

beenz is an interface. the contracts run on arc, a public blockchain, and anyone can interact with them without this website. beenz does not hold your funds, cannot move them, cannot reverse a transaction and cannot pause or remove a bean once it is planted.

your wallet, your transactions

every transaction is signed and submitted by your own wallet. you are responsible for the addresses you interact with, the amounts you enter and the fees you pay. once a transaction is confirmed on arc it is final.

beans are user content

beans are created by other users. beenz does not review, vet, endorse or verify any bean, its creator, its image or its description. a bean's name, ticker or links may be misleading. a bean can lose all of its value. nothing on this site is investment advice or a promise of any return.

fees

planting a bean costs a fixed 2 USDC. every buy and sell on a jar pays a 1% fee, split between the bean's creator and the protocol. network fees are paid in USDC to arc validators and are not received by beenz.

eligibility

you must be legally allowed to use this service where you live. you may not use beenz to break the law, including sanctions, securities and anti-fraud laws in your jurisdiction.

no warranty

the site and the contracts are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. beenz is not liable for losses from using the site, from bugs in the contracts, from the arc network, from wallets or from any bean.

changes

these terms may change. the date at the top tells you when they last did. continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
