beenz

risk notice.

read this before you plant or trade. it is short on purpose.

you can lose everything you put in

a bean is a new token with no history. its price comes from a curve and from what other people are willing to pay, nothing else. most beans never fill their jar. a bean's value can go to zero and stay there. never trade with USDC you can't afford to lose.

nobody checks the beans

anyone can plant a bean for 2 USDC. beenz does not review names, tickers, images, descriptions or links. a bean can impersonate a real project, a real person or another bean. do your own checking.

beenz does not custody assets

your USDC and your beans stay in your wallet or in the jar contract. beenz has no keys, no admin switch and no way to move funds, freeze a bean or undo a trade. every transaction is built in your browser and submitted by your own wallet.

smart contracts can have bugs

the contracts are public and immutable. a bug in them, in arc, in uniswap or in your wallet could cause loss with no way to recover it.

prices move while you sign

the quote you see is computed from the jar at that moment. other trades can land in the same block. buys and sells carry a 1% slippage limit and fail rather than execute at a worse price, but a failed transaction still pays its network fee.

after harvest

once a jar is full the bean trades on a uniswap pool. the pool's liquidity is burned, so it cannot be pulled, but its price can still move as much as any other token's.

no promises

nothing on beenz.lol, from beenz or from any bean's creator, is a promise of profit, return or future value.
